BD919N high strength rubber bonding repair agent abrasion wear resistant epoxy compound is the two components polyether type
fast curing polyurethane composites,good adhesion,high strength,wearing abrasion resistant,aging resistant.

Main usage:
Used for the splicing and repairing of steel core,whole core and common conveyor belt vertical and horizontal direction tear,as well as
repairing and joint sealing of the conveyor belt surface wear,chipping,belt edge abrasion,belt surface perforation,repairing polyurethane
composite pipeline,power cable,rubber covered roller and repairing other rubber products.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:do the roughening,cleaning,stain removal and degreasing treatment on the surface of pending-repairing part,
then dry it by airing(cleaning by degreasing should use acetone,ethyl acetate,toluene etc.swab down the pending-repairing part repeatedly,
only in this way,can obtain good adhesive force.

2.The preparation of adhesive and repairing:According to the mixing mass ratio A:B=4:1,in the dry and clean utensil(do not have water
and water vapor),stir it uniformly quickly then pour it into the pending-repairing part and trowelling,it can be put into using after curing
for 3-5 hours at room temperature,it can reach to the largest strength after curing 16 hours.

Notes:
1.The usable time of this product should be controlled within 8 min from mixing and using up.

2.If the temperature is too low,can use the iodine tungsten lamp to bake the pending-repair part in advance to improve the substrates
temperature,can also heat A and B component up to the temperature of about 30 degree separately before using,then mix them.can also
bake and heat it up to the temperature of 40-60 degree to expedite the curing speed after repairing.

3.It can’t be forced without curing completely (within 2 hours).

4.The product storage period is 12 months under the condition of room temperature,dry and sealing.

5.Do not used for the place of strong acid,strong alkali,strong oxidizing.

6.The highest working temperature is not more than 85 degree.
